Use:
Apply the shampoo to wet hair and massage thoroughly into the scalp in circular motions. Let the creamy lather slide down your lengths. To make your scalp easier to clean, you can also separate your hair into sections. If you previously used an oil bath, feel free to shampoo your hair twice.
